WHAT IS THE BUTCHER’S BLOCK?

Silver Fern Farms is sharing goodness from the farms the world needs, with the people who help us to create it every day.
We've launching a new range of container stores at each of our processing sites across Aotearoa, known as "The Butcher's Block".

The Butcher's Blocks have launched at 10 sites so far - Te Aroha, Dargaville, Finegand, Pareora, Waitane, Pacific, Waitōtara, Hāwera, Belfast and Takapau.

This allows our workers and suppliers the opportunity to purchase affordable, nutritious, premium red meat.

Our Butcher’s Blocks are currently open to Fully-Shared and Glide Path suppliers only.

A couple of notes to help your experience go smoothly:

• When purchasing, please remember to bring your own cooler bag or chilly bin to get your product home in top condition.
• Product is purchased by piece, not by the carton. Pricing is by weight. Please note that purchases are limited to four items of each product, per person, per day, to support product availability throughout the network. Limits may change in line with seasonal availability.
• When shopping at the Butcher’s Block, you will need to show proof of supply through your Silver Fern Farmer app, and provide the store with your supplier number when making a purchase.
• Payment is strictly by Eftpos and must be completed at the time of purchase.
